Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of BP Log, available on the App Store for iOS and on Google Play for Android, and of the products offered on bplog.cc: BP Log for Mac, BP Log for Windows, the BP Log Excel workbook, the free printable log, and the free tools. CORDOC LLC provides all of them.

Using BP Log

Logging readings, the dashboard, and full history export require no payment on either mobile platform. You must be able to form a binding agreement to use BP Log(generally, be old enough in your jurisdiction to enter into a contract or have a parent/guardian's permission).

Purchases & billing on iPhone and Android

BP Log Lifetime is offered as a single, one-time purchase: never a subscription, and never auto-renewing, on either platform. On iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and purchases can be restored on any device signed into the same Apple ID from within the app. On Android, payment is charged through your Google Play account, and purchases can be restored on any device signed into the same Google account from within the app. Refunds for these purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Purchases on bplog.cc

BP Log for Mac ($19), BP Log for Windows ($19), and the BP Log Excel workbook ($9) are sold on bplog.cc by CORDOC LLC, with payment processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars, and any sales tax or VAT is calculated and shown at checkout. Each is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. They are sold separately: a Mac license does not unlock the Windows app, and the reverse.

Purchases on bplog.cc are separate from purchases in the App Store or Google Play. BP Log Lifetime on iPhone or Android does not unlock the desktop apps or the workbook, and a bplog.cc purchase does not unlock features in the mobile apps. Apple and Google are not parties to bplog.cc purchases and are not responsible for them.

Free trial and licenses

BP Log for Mac and Windows include a 14-day free trial with every feature. After the trial, without a license, the app stays usable in read-only mode: you can still view, export, and back up your readings.

Your license key is for your personal use on up to three computers of the platform you bought it for. Please do not share, resell, or publish it. The Excel workbook is licensed for your personal use: you may keep copies for yourself and share printouts or exports of your own data with your healthcare providers, but not resell or redistribute the workbook itself. The printable log is free for personal use, and you may print as many copies as you need.

Download links are time-limited (30 days for the workbook, 7 days for installers). You can request fresh links and your license keys at any time at bplog.cc/license.

Refunds

Every bplog.cc purchase has a 30-day refund, no questions asked. Reply to your purchase email or write to support@bplog.cc within 30 days of purchase. A refund revokes the license key and its download links. Your readings are never held hostage: the desktop app returns to read-only mode, so you can still export and back them up, and a workbook you already downloaded keeps your data in it.

Backups and third-party services

Backup in the desktop apps is optional. If you connect Google Drive or choose a folder synced by iCloud Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox, your backups are stored in your account with that provider, under its own terms, and you are responsible for keeping access to that account. Keep your backup password safe: we cannot recover it or decrypt an encrypted backup.

Disclaimers

BP Logis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BP Log, and our total liability for any bplog.cc purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
